This Privacy Policy explains how Loendur (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use the Loendur mobile application (the “App”). Loendur is designed as a local-first app.
1. Data Processed Locally on Your Device
Loendur allows you to create counters, entries, notes, timestamps, and app settings (“Your Data”). Your Data is stored and processed only on your device.
We do not collect, receive, transmit, or have access to Your Data. This includes counter names, entry values, notes, timestamps, and hidden counters.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or receive:
- Counter content, entry values, notes, or timestamps
- Personal identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, or contacts
- Location data
- Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA)
- Payment card or billing details
3. Optional Anonymous Analytics
The App may offer an optional setting to share anonymous analytics to help improve Loendur. If enabled, analytics are limited to high-level usage events (for example, which screens are opened or which features are used).
Analytics do not include counter names, entry values, notes, or timestamps. Analytics are intended to be privacy-first and may be disabled in the App at any time if the option is available.
4. In-App Purchases
Loendur may offer optional one-time in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple (or the relevant app store). We receive only confirmation that a purchase or entitlement is active. We do not receive payment details or personal billing information.
5. Data Export and Import
- Export: You may export your data (for example, as CSV or JSON files). Exported files are created on your device and shared or saved only to locations you choose.
- Import: If you import data, the App reads the file you select and stores the resulting data locally on your device.
6. Hidden Counters and PIN
If you use the Hidden Counters feature, you set a PIN to access hidden counter sets. The PIN is used locally to control access within the App. We do not know, store, or recover your PIN. If you forget your PIN, access to hidden counters may be permanently lost.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data. Information is only shared in the following limited cases:
- Analytics providers: Anonymous usage data, if analytics are enabled.
- Legal obligations: If required to comply with applicable law.
- Your actions: When you export or share files, you control the destination.
8. Data Retention
Because Your Data is stored locally, you control how long it is retained. Deleting the App may remove locally stored data. Exported files are retained wherever you choose to store them.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the App. However, no method of storage is completely secure. You are responsible for securing access to your device and handling exported files carefully.
10. International Users
Loendur operates locally on your device. If you enable optional analytics or export data, information may be processed or stored in other countries depending on the services you use.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
